As with all railways, they need a reason to exist.
Exton Quays is no exception.
There use to be a Fertiliser plant near Topsham, Guano was imported from South America it was unloaded on the quayside and transported to the plant by train. Finished products were then forwarded by train for delivery throughout the country by train.
Its finished, this is my take on "what might have been".
I have also included some photographs of the layout so far.
