About Me

My photo
When i left school back then i was lucky enough to enroll on an engineering apprenticeship. I think this lead me in good stead. I was always one of those children that pulled things apart but actually put them back together again. My first engine given to me at the age of Seven, a Triang Princess Elizabeth. The rest as they say is History. Later in life i got back in to Model Railways and started building Pine Road. This could lead anywhere so i hope you enjoy my Blog.

Heljan Class 07

Yes, its here.
I have been waiting for some time for this.
Parkstone needs one as they ran from Bournemouth to Poole and the Hamworthy branch on a regular basis.
Heljan's Class 07, 07 005 one of the 'Pushpull' fitted ones used mainly for shunting carriage stock from Southampton Docks.
Weather its right or not, i haven't checked yet but you have to give it to Heljan, it certainly looks the part. I have never heard of a bad running Heljan product and this is no exception, running is superb straight from the box.
